M V Balaramakrishna, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Scientific Officer has suggested the parents to encourage their children in their interested fields. He said the parents should not encourage children on some fields only to get employment easily. He was participating as Resource person in the National Level Career Guidance seminar held at St. Theresa’s autonomous women’s college in Eluru on Wednesday.

If the students have their subject knowledge right, they can face any interview without hassle. He said that now-a-days, students can easily develop, not only in Engineering, medicines, but also in the field of research.

T Naga Prasad Chairman and Co Founder of People Combine group in his key-note address suggested that students do not misuse the technology and internet. They should use the technology to develop their personality and professional life to their success in the life.

P.V.P. Rama Rao, Captain, Indian Army has said that after Intermediate, there are plenty of opportunities in the Army. According to him youth can succeed personally and professionally with a disciplined lifestyle by joining the Army. Dr M Rama, Lecturer in Chemistry of St. Theresa’s College for women, Bank Manager Murali, also spoke on the occasion. The mathematics Head of the Department Dr. K L Saraswathi, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, ICT Academy,Tamilnadu Coordinated the programme.

The College Principal Sister Mercy presided over the seminary. Directress of the PG Courses Dr. Marietta D’Mello, Vice Principal Sister Showily, Controller of Examinations Sister Suneela Rani, had participated in the seminar. It was also attended by students from AP Social Welfare School and College, CRR Public School, Sanivarapupeta ZP high School, St. Theresa High School and Junior College, CRR Junior College, St. Xaviour High school.
