Vasanth Kumar speaking at the eventParticipating in the inaugural session of the ‘Short term course on Maths with Maths Lab’ by the Mathematics Department of Kakarparti Bhavanaryana (KBN) College on Wednesday, Vasanth Kumar said that application of Mathematics is found invariably in every discipline of science, engineering, industry and technology. “A career in Mathematics is not just being a number-cruncher but solving problems in the environment of your choice,” he said.

Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya (SCSVMV) University, Kanchipuram Mathematics Head K Srinivasa Rao, College president U Sambasiva Rao, principal P Krishna Murthy, Vice-principal V Narayana Rao,Mathematics Department Senior faculty K Naveen Kumar and others were also present.
