The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Vijayawada is going to organise a three-day property show from January 8.

A Convention center in the city will host the event that is in its third consecutive year, said the A Siva Reddy, State president of CREDAI.

Addressing the newsmen on Monday, Siva Reddy said that the property show is a venue to bring the buyer and seller under a roof where a lot of options are open for them to discuss and decide. About 80 stalls will house information about various ventures, building material, banking assistance and technology expertise advice during the show.

The property show will cater to the housing and real estate needs of people, builders, developers and organisations in Krishna, Guntur and nearby districts. The association is keen to make this property show a bigger one than the earlier ones, he said.

A website of the Vijayawada chapter of CREDAI (www.credaivijayawada.com) was also launched on the occasion. President of the association Ch Sudhakar, vice presidents T Ratna Srinivas, K Tejeswara Rao, other members of the body were present during the event.
