With the Parliament's winter session commencing today, the TDP and YSRCP MPs are gearing up to demand the Centre to fulfill the promises made in AP Reorganisation Act.
Union Minister and TDP MP Sujana Chowdary informed that the accordance of the of special status category to AP and non-implementation of AP Reorganisation Act was raised in all-party meeting.
YSRCP MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy also stated that they would seek a debate on special status in Parliament. As a part of a protest, Pratyeka Hoda Sadhana Samakhya honorary president Chalasani Srinivas said that one-day deeksha will witness participation from people's organisations at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on December 7.
