Allagadda (Kurnool): Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple of Ahobilam has earned a record income of Rs 60.83 lakh through Hundi offerings from pilgrims.
Temple Executive Officer Thimma Naidu told newsmen here that the Hundi collection of upper Ahobilam was counted on Thursday and that of lower Ahobilam on Friday.
Putting the total offerings received by the upper and lower temples in the last three months at Rs 60.83 lakh, the EO said the Hundi collection of the shrine doubled this quarter of the year compared to previous year during the same quarter.
