Tulasi Seeds contributes to student scholarships

Scholarships worth Rs 5 lakh will be distributed to 156 poor students by the Narasimha Krishnaraya Welfare Trust at Vadderapalem in Mangalagiri mandal on Sunday. Of the amount, Rs 2.5 lakh is contributed by Tulasi Seeds Pvt Ltd. The balance amount is being provided by the trust.
Guntur: Scholarships worth Rs 5 lakh will be distributed to 156 poor students by the Narasimha Krishnaraya Welfare Trust at Vadderapalem in Mangalagiri mandal on Sunday. Of the amount, Rs 2.5 lakh is contributed by Tulasi Seeds Pvt Ltd. The balance amount is being provided by the trust. Tulasi Seeds Chairman Tulasi Ramachandra Prabhu on Saturday handed over the firm’s contribution to the trust general secretary Tayi Satyanarayana and in-charge Verukonda Venkataramana in the Tulasi office at Arundalpet.
According to Satyanarayana, Tusali Seeds Pvt Ltd had been contributing amounts to pay scholarships to poor students for four years, under the inspiring leadership of Prabhu.
