2 workers suffer burns in lab explosion

District CITU leader V V Srinivasa Rao here on Sunday informed that two workers-N Venkatesh and Ch Ganesh- of Messrs Mylon Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Paravada Pharma City were injured and undergoing treatment in a local hospital.
Visakhapatnam: District CITU leader V V Srinivasa Rao here on Sunday informed that two workers-N Venkatesh and Ch Ganesh- of Messrs Mylon Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Paravada Pharma City were injured and undergoing treatment in a local hospital.
He said the duo suffered serious burn injuries reportedly due to some explosion in the lab late on Saturday night and the management secretly admitted them in a hospital.
After consoling the family members, Srinivasa Rao alleged that the managements were not taking minimum safety precautions at the work spots and demanded the management to provide better treatment as their condition was stated to be critical.
