AP Excise Minister Kollu Ravindra on Monday consoled the families of the victims who lost their lives after consuming illicit liquor at Swarna Bar in Krishna Lanka area in Vijayawada. The Minister also met the families of the people who are undergoing treatment at the hospital and inquired about their health condition.

Six people lost their lives while 17 others hospitalized after they consumed liquor and the excise department officials seized the bar. Responding to the incident, Kollu Ravindra said that the culprits will be punished and further directed the officials to move the victims to another private hospital for treatment if required.
