In a freak mishap, a passerby was electrocuted on Jammalamadugu – Koilkuntla road at Allur village on Sunday. According to police, a tipper trailer touched the overhead power cables while dumping clay.

Meanwhile, M Obula Reddy (32), who was passing by the way, accidentally came in contact with the trailer and died of electric shock. A case has been registered. Sub-Inspector Nagender Prasad is investigating.
