ALCAA to host Loyola Run to Amaravati 3K run today
The Andhra Loyola College Alumni Association (ALCAA) will organize ‘Loyola Run to Amaravati’ 3K run to mark the College foundation day celebrations on Wednesday.
The Andhra Loyola College Alumni Association (ALCAA) will organize ‘Loyola Run to Amaravati’ 3K run to mark the College foundation day celebrations on Wednesday.
ALCAA Director Fr Rex Angelo on Tuesday said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Nadiu, along with AP Legislative Assembly speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasad Rao will flag off the run from the college premises.
In a bid to extend their support to the Chief Minister’s initiative ‘My Brick- My Amaravati’, the college management with the support of students and faculty will donate Rs 5 lakh, he said.
A special dance ballet by the students on ‘Navyandhra Rajadhani Amravati’ will be the highlight of the celebrations. Representatives from Genius Book of World Records will enter the large human chain fete formed by the college faculty and students at the football court, he added.
