Claiming that Venigalla Srikanth who is indicted in the case is his friend and that he had not not invested in the call-money scam, Bode Prasad denied any involvement in the scandal. The MLA even said that he will stand by the victims in this case and asked the people who borrowed the money not to pay any amount if due to Srikanth.
Asserting that he is not aware of Srikanth's illegal business, the TDP MLA went on to challenge the allegations made by Devineni Nehru stating that he would quit politics if the Congress leader proved his claims.
