The Vijayawada Call Money Scam has reached a turning point with TDP MLC Buddha Venkanna's brother Buddha Nageshwar Rao getting arrested on Tuesday. With his name already surfacing in the scandal, the police now have arrested him after crucial documents related to his illegal assets were recovered from Buddha Nageshwar Rao's residence in Vijayawada.
While it is reported that his assets are in crores, police have seized seven lakh rupees in cash along with vital documents.
