Stating that the suspension just shows the government's lack of commitment towards the BCs, Chevireddy said that the YSRCP would stand by BCs and would continue raising issues on the concerns of people in the state.
Opposition YSRCP took up the issue of the call money sex racket in the AP Assembly but the demand was disallowed by the Speaker which led to the YSRCP MLAs raising slogans in turn causing two adjournments. Speaker Kodela Shivaprasad Rao suspended two YSRCP MLAs - Shivaprasad Reddy and Ramalingeshwar Rao for two days for allegedly blocking the cameras.
