The MLA who is facing suspension of one year from the Assembly had used unparliamentary remarks against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and some Dalit women legislators in the Assembly on December 18. .
TDP MLA Anita made an emotional request to Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao seeking strict action against MLA Roja. The Speaker in response assured the members in the House that appropriate action will be taken on the issue after the records relating to the incident are gathered.
