Krishna University's athletic team announced
The list of players representing the Athletic team of Krishna University (KU) at All India Inter University Athletic Championship was announced by the Board on Friday.

About seven students pursuing various disciplines in the under graduate courses at affiliated colleges under the University are shortlisted to take part in the All India Championship that will be held at Punjab University in Patiala.
MV Srikanth Kumar, G Bapuji, KNVK Chaitanya of Dr Zakir Hussain College, Ibrahimpatnam, G Gopichand, M Raviprasad of Andhra Loyola College in Vijayawada along with PV Amalraj of AG and SG Siddhartha College in Vuyyuru and H Kaya of SRR and CVR Government Degree College will represent KU at the country level championship that is slated to be held from December 28 to January 3.
Secretary of the University’s Sports Board, N Srinivasa Rao said that the team will be managed by S Raju, who is also the coach and principal at Vikas College of Physical Education for the national level championship
On the occasion the selection, Committee chairman and principal of AG and SG Siddhartha College, K Satyanaryana, Physical Director D Bala krishna wished that athletes could bring laurels to the University and State.
