In his inaugural address at a programme organised at JNTU Auditorium here on Monday, the Minister answered the queries of students on patent rights and opportunities in various sectors. He said that today’s youth should not wait for opportunities but should be eager to create them.
The number of start-ups and their turnover was a clear indication in that direction, he added.
