Students rally for helmet use

The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the Newtown's Group of Institutions took out a rally on Tuesday to create awareness on the usage of helmet. The rally which started at Ring Road junction and concluded at the RTC bus station saw the students raising slogans on the benefits and importance of using helmets and how it can same so many lives.

The principal of the institution, Dr Y Sreenivasa Rao, secretary and correspondent, J Sreenivasa Reddy, academic adviser and NSS coordinator, Dr G Bhushanam, the RTA inspector, Ganapathi and others participated in the rally.
