KCR, Naidu attend Prez dinner hosted by Guv
Governor E S L Narasimhan on Tuesday hosted dinner in honour of the President of India, who is currently on a Southern Sojourn, at Raj Bhavan.
Hyderabad: Governor E S L Narasimhan on Tuesday hosted dinner in honour of the President of India, who is currently on a Southern Sojourn, at Raj Bhavan.
Chief Ministers of the two Telugu-speaking states, K Chandrasekhar Rao of Telangana State and N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh attended the dinner along with other dignitaries like Union Minister for Civil Aviation Ashok Gajapati Raju, Union Minister of State for Labour Bandaru Dattatreya, Speakers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh S Madhusudhanachary and Kodela Sivaprasada Rao.
Both the Chief Ministers exchanged pleasantries and were seen talking to each other in the lawns of Raj Bhavan. They also shared the same table with the President at dinner. Later, both the Chief Ministers were seen talking separately for a few minutes. Naidu was also seen freely mingling with the senior IAS officials from both the States.
While the AP CM Naidu was seen engaged in a conversation with TS CS and DGP, Rajeev Sarma and Anurag Sarma, KCR was seen greeting people and talking to them in lighter vein smiling all the while.
