Pathikonda (Kurnool): Rather surprisingly no YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader or activist accompanied Kurnool Member of Parliament Butta Renuka on Wednesday when she went round the art exhibition organised in St Joseph School.

Only those partymen belonging to her community were present.

This dismayed the people, giving scope for the party inviting criticism, since it has a good hold in Pathikonda.
The party had bagged the post of local sarpanch. It has become a hot topic of discussion.
People wonder whether it happened because of lack of communication or differences of opinion among the YSRCP leaders.
At the exhibition, the MP advised students to strive for achieving excellence in all fields, not limiting themselves to only studies. She praised the students for displaying a variety of items.
Renuka pointed out that both the Central and the State governments were striving for implementing various schemes for the benefit of students.
By studying well students would not only have a rosy future, but also ensure progress of their families and society.
“Students should decide the path they would take in future at the school level itself by adopting high thinking,” she stated.
The MP advised parents to give equal encouragement to girls, as much as boys.
