The last day of Visakha Utsav received tremendous response with the arrival of cine hero and Hindupur MLA N Balakrishna, comedian Siva Reddy and singer Usha Uthup. All food courts and snack stalls were jampacked being Sunday a public holiday. Ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Palle Raghunadha Reddy, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, K Atchennaidu, MP Sujana Choudary, MLC M V V S Murthi and MLAs were present at the valedictory.
Balakrishna who arrived at the stage by waving at the crowds said that the TDP Government headed by Chandrababu Naidu was committed to develop Vizag as a world class city by providing all infrastructure facilities. Complimenting the local Ministers, MLAs, MPs and district officials for making elaborate arrangements for the Visakha Utsav, he said that Vizag will soon get the tag of Smart City and also become a cultural, sports and education hub. Later, the mimicry by Siva Reddy and the music night by Usha Uthup enthralled the audience.
