CM to visit West Godavari today
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will visit Nallajerla mandal in West Godavari district on Friday and participate in various programmes. District Collector K Bhaskar on Thursday visited the Nallajerla mandal to inspect the arrangements made for the Chief Minister tour. He visited Jagannadhapuram village where the Chief Minister will participate in Janmabhoomi – Maa Vooru programme.
West Godavari: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will visit Nallajerla mandal in West Godavari district on Friday and participate in various programmes. District Collector K Bhaskar on Thursday visited the Nallajerla mandal to inspect the arrangements made for the Chief Minister tour. He visited Jagannadhapuram village where the Chief Minister will participate in Janmabhoomi – Maa Vooru programme. He inspected the stalls being arranged at the meeting venue. He said these stalls would reflect the progress of various departments including agriculture, horticulture and ground water department. He also inspected the route of Chief Minister’s Padayatra in the village.
The Collector said the Chief Minister would reach NTR Layout in Nallajerla mandal at 10.15 am. Later, he would visit the tank development works taken up under Employment Assurance Scheme with funding of Rs 1.2 crore. The Chief Minister would participate in the sports meet inauguration at Zilla Parishad High School in Nallajerla from 10.30 am to 11 am. After the inauguration programme, Chief minister would inaugurate the library in Nallajerla and reach Jagannadhapuram village at 11.05 am. He would inaugurate new building of Grama Panchayat in the village at 11.05 am.
Later, he would inaugurate the farm-pond and attractive village development works. From 11.45 am to 2.15 pm, the Chief Minister would participate in the Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru programme, the Collector added. Joint Collectors P Koteswara Rao, MH Sheriff, RDO N Tej Bharath, Joint Director of Agriculture Lakshmaneswari and others officials accompanied the Collector during the inspection.
