Bomb blast injures six in Prakasam district

Tension prevailed in Prakasam District on Sunday at 9 AM when a bomb blast took place at the at Poleramma temple in Bachulavaripalem village.

Six people suffered severe injuries in the blast and the locals ran out of fear with the impact of the bomb. The injured were rushed to the Chirala area hospital immediately but were shifted later to the Guntur hospital for better treatment. The sudden shock of events led to the place being put on surveillance as the police are trying to figure out the possibility of any other bombs in the area.
