Training programme on robotics held
A training programme on robotics was organised for students of electronics and electrical engineering at Sri Vishnu Engineering College for Women here on Saturday.
​Bhimavaram: A training programme on robotics was organised for students of electronics and electrical engineering at Sri Vishnu Engineering College for Women here on Saturday.
The training programme was conducted under the aegis of Department of Electronics and Communications of the college. The programme explained about the robotics designing and controlling systems.
Acharyaji Technologies (New Delhi) trainers Nithin Kumar Sharma and Tarakeshwar explained to students about the robotics systems. They also explained about the controlling of the robots through Matlab software and the role of small robots in engineering applications besides designing of various small robots.
The students later displayed the pathfinder, autonomous, wall-follower, edge detector, obstacle avoider and other varieties of small robotics. The college principal, G Srinivasa Rao, vice-principal Srinivasa Raju, convenor and ECE Department head GRLN Srinivasa Raju, coordinators K Pushpa, M Pradeep and others participated in the training classes.
