Narayana hits out at opposition propaganda
Minister for Municipal Administration Dr P Narayana here on Tuesday, took a dig at the YSR Congress saying that the party was misleading the farmers and creating problems for Amaravati development.
Vijayawada: Minister for Municipal Administration Dr P Narayana here on Tuesday, took a dig at the YSR Congress saying that the party was misleading the farmers and creating problems for Amaravati development.
Speaking to media persons, Dr Narayana said that the government had proposed agriculture zones in several areas in the master plan to protect agriculture. However, the YSRC leaders were misleading the farmers saying that green zones were against development.
He said that the present plan was only macro plan and the government would make everything clear to the people once the micro level plans were prepared. He said that the government was also open for suggestions from the farmers on the plans.
There was nothing for the farmers to fear about the plans, he said and asserted that the present plans of marking some areas as agriculture zones would not prevent future development.
