AP Govt to notify Amaravati final master plan on Feb 22
AP Municipal Administration Minister Narayana on Saturday stated that the government will notify final Master Plan for the 217 sq km new capital region of AP Capital Amaravati on February 22.
AP Municipal Administration Minister Narayana on Saturday stated that the government will notify final Master Plan 217 sq km new capital region of AP Capital Amaravati on February 22. Speaking to the media, the Minister the draft master plan for the capital region was notified a few months ago but after receiving objections and suggestions from all stakeholders, they have incorporated them into the final master plan.
He added that the farmers who gave away lands under the land pooling scheme would be given plots from March 31 and the process would be completed in 30 days. The land pooling scheme process of villages including infrastructure, land use and zoning for the 29 villages in Amaravati would be notified from February 28 to March 7 said the Minister who also informed that the road development and other activities will be taking place from June.
