Addressing a group of youngsters at the Makineni Basavapunnaiah Vignana Kendram (MBVK) on ‘Blood Donation’, Dr M Kiran spoke on benefits of blood donation. He explained about how blood given at the right time can save lives. More number of youngsters should come forward and donate blood, he added.

Aqua Devils Welfare Association president KS Ramachandra Rao speaking on the occasion appreciated the initiatives of MBVK and extended support from his organisation in their endeavours.

MBVK Committee member B R Tulasi Rao explained about the activities that Vignana Kendram is undertaking to educate people, especially youngsters, about the government policies, public issues and more. Free computer training will be offered for interested youth in the near future, he said.

Praja Natya Mandali State committee member Gade Subba Reddy, former vice principal of Andhra Loyola College Ramaraju, Secretary of MB Vignana Vedika P Murali Krishna, Student Federation of India district president T Praveen were also present during the awareness meet.
