Annual travel expo to be held at Indoor stadium
The annual travel fair, India International Travel Exhibition (IITE) is all set to unveil exotic destinations for tourists and honeymooners within India and abroad at a three day fair to be inaugurated on Friday.
The annual travel fair, India International Travel Exhibition (IITE) is all set to unveil exotic destinations for tourists and honeymooners within India and abroad at a three day fair to be inaugurated on Friday. The expo which will bring the complete holidaying information and packages under a single roof will be held at the DRR Indoor Stadium.
Addressing the newspersons here on Thursday, Director of IITE Anurag Gupta said that the specialty of this year’s expo is that they have many local travel and tourism operators taking part along with the tourism development corporations of States like Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Uttarakhand apart from Andhra Pradesh.
“The purpose of the event is to boost tourism both domestic and international. To explore potential and spread awareness among the people is our aim and one can pick up destinations for summer vacations, weekend getaways, honeymoon, round the year travel package, vacations and business plans. An array of attractive packages is available for the public, who can choose from them, added Gupta.
