Scores of students pursuing Management studies in and across the city and district took part in the annual management ‘Mast 2k16’meet organised by Kakaraparthi Bhavanarayana (KBN) College on Tuesday.

Prof V Balamohan Das attended as the guest and asked the students to inculcate leadership qualities as the students of management studies play a key role in functioning of an industry or organisation.

“Hard work, discipline, dedication and sincerity are the key characteristics that enable a person to taste success. Students should be keen on acquiring new skills that might fetch them more in the long run,” he added.

Savyasachi (Young manager), Srujanaspada (Market Makers) and Katurashtra (Stock Game) are the technical events where students competed with each other while Chitrupa Huska, best selfie, best dubsmash were the other competitions organised at the event.

Students were seen indulging cheerfully in the non-technical events and seemingly had a good time. A series of cultural programmes including fete, classical dances, folk dance, western music, ramp walk, group dances enthralled the gathering.

President of the College U Sambasiva Rao, correspondet S V SN Razath Kumar, convener of the programme K Venkatesh, PG Convener K Ramakrishna Prasad, Vice-principal V Narayana Rao, PG Centre director Ramana Murthy and faculty of the department were present during the event.
