Chinarajappa denies phone-tapping of Mudragada

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister N Chinarajappa refuted allegations levelled against the government that it was keeping a tab on the phones of prominent Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham.
Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, after reviewing the security arrangements for the ongoing budget session of the AP Assembly, he said Mudragada is not a leader of such stature whose phones need to be tapped.
He also dismissed the allegations of Mudragada that he was being harassed by the government. It is only his own imagination, he added. On Kapu reservation, he said that the government is committed to providing reservation to the Kapu community.
