In what can be termed as a health-inducing association, Call Ambulance app joined hands with Lotus Hospitals on Monday. The app provides emergency care service by integrating profile and location of the patient in health emergency either with 108 call centre or the Hospital to provide transport service and emergency medical treatment.
Ambulances of the Lotus Hospitals Group in both Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam can locate the patient in distress using GPS. In addition, the app provides information on the health condition of the patient enabling the emergency doctor to understand the case before the patient arrives.
Any individual can give a missed call to 040-39363954 to register with Call Ambulance and make Lotus Hospital, Lakdi ka pul or 040-39363956 for Lotus Hospital, Kukatpally their preferred emergency provider.
Jagadish Vishwanatham, Chief Operating Officer, Call Ambulance App said, “By joining hands with a renowned hospital like Lotus, we will be able to provide entire medical emergency assistance to patient during any crisis situation. Along with hospital the alert will be sent to friends/family, who are set as emergency contacts in the app.” The app is available for download on Google Play.
