Major Student Organisations like AIYF, APSYF, and SFI paid rich tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh across the city here on Wednesday to mark the 85th death anniversary of the freedom fighter.
Addressing the leaders and the gathering at Gandhi Nagar, APSYF leader Navaneetham Sambnasiva Rao recalled the values that Bhagat Singh stood for.
He said that Bhagat Singh’s great courage and patriotism stirred the entire nation and he would remain a motivating force to the people of the country forever.
He exhorted that present generation youth to get inspire from Bhagat Singh’s steadfast commitment to his principles continues to fire up the imagination of all the people who are leading and participating in people’s movements, he said.
