Vocational training for women and students

The management of SDM Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala has come forward to organise free vocational training courses for women and students. With a motive to enable women to make a living out of it, the institution has been organising the activity since a while. The courses will begin from April 4 at the campus on M G Road.

In a release to the media on Tuesday, it is mentioned that Tailoring, Maggam work, Saree Rolling, Paper quilling, Paper Bags making, Beautician course, Mehendi application, Saree painting, Glass painting and making of hand bags will be taught for enthusiastic women who enroll their names. Certificates of participation will be issued for all, said the principal T Vijaya Lakshmi.
