Sujana Chowdary denies connection to loan default
Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Y Sujana Chowdary who has been issued a non-bailable warrant in the loan default case of Rs 106 crore from Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd on Thursday by the Hyderabad High Court said that he is not connected with the defaulting case.

Stating that he had relinquished all responsibilities from the company Sujana Universal Industries Ltd in 2010 while the loan had been taken in 2012, Mr. Chowdary asserted that he is not connected to the issue or the company except having one percent share in it.
The Union Minister said that the lawyers of the Mauritian bank are utilizing the pressure tactics to involve him in the issue but Sujana Universal Industries Ltd along with local bankers who are on the board of directors in the company have to take responsibility for the loan default.
