Puli Sekhar of Peravali village in Kurnool district has been awarded Ph D by Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) of Tirupati for his thesis on ‘A study of academic achievement among primary school children with reference to Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’. He did his research under the guidance of Prof B Syam Mohan David Raju of SVU.
