Talking to the news men here on Thursday, hotel's managing director Velagapudi Raghava Chowdary said,“India's rich and glorious civilization was mirrored in its innumerable festivals.

Keen to introduce the culture and cuisine of Punjab to the taste buds of its citizens, chef Suresh and Babar Khan prepared the mouth-watering dishes. The city is witnessing a change and people love outing and taste different varieties of cuisine."

Raghava Chowdary also said that apart from vegetarian dishes, yummy non-vegetarian dishes were also served to the connoisseurs of food. The festival has an assortment of salads such as laccha piaz, kheera chaat, tomato, nimbu and green chilli and rajma chaat.

"The main course consists of macchi tomatar, tandoori murg, keema mutter, aloo chokwali, sarso ka sag, channa peshwari along with a wide range of rotis like naan, parantha, makkai ki roti," he explained. The hotel management will also offer free door delivery service to the customers in and around five kilometers radius to the hotel surroundings, he added.
