YS Jagan asks Amarnath to stop the indefinite fast

YSRCP leader and Visakha district party president Gudivada Amarnath Reddy who had been on an indefinite hunger strike for four days demanding the Central government to announce separate railway zone for AP with Visakhapatnam as its headquarters was admitted to the hospital on Monday.

The police disrupted the indefinite fast in the early hours of Monday and shifted Amarnath Reddy to King George hospital in Visakhapatnam. YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy along with other party leaders including Botcha Satyanarayana visited the hospital. YS Jagan even offered lemon juice to the YSRCP leader and asked him to stop the strike while Botcha Satyanarayana stated that Amarnath Reddy will be continuing his indefinite fast in the hospital.
