YSRCP chief and the leader of opposition of AP Assembly, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is on a visit to Delhi to meet the National leaders to discuss the party defections taking place in the state, met Nationalist Congress Party leader Sharad Pawar on Tuesday. In the meet, YS Jagan highlighted the unethical practices the TDP and raised the issue of defection alleging that TDP is acting in an undemocratic manner to poach the YSRCP MLAs in Andhra Pradesh.

Along with YS Jagan, party MPs and MLAs also accompanied him as a part of the Save Democracy campaign. The party leaders even distributed the book "Emperor of Corruption," that reveals details on the corrupt deals of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu during the last two years including the unprecedented corruption worth Rs 1.34 lakh crore which is further being used to lure the YSRCP MLAs.

Speaking after the meeting, YS Jagan called on the political parties and the public to question the corrupt methods Chandrababu regime is practicing. The YSRCP Chief further demanded the party defectors to resign their posts and recontest the elections to join TDP and added that Chandrababu is afraid to approach the public for votes as they are deeply dissatisfied with the TDP for failing to fulfill the promises made during the 2014 elections.
