Congress senior leader Gade Venkatreddy spoke to the reporters in Guntur on Thursday wherein he stated that he is planning to join the Telugu Desam party on Friday in Vijayawada. Venkatreddy heaped praises on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's implementation of welfare and development schemes which is the reason he would be visiting Vijayawada to seek admission to the TDP in the presence of Chandrababu on Friday.
The Congress leader was away from the spotlight for nearly two years after the Congress wipe out in the Telugu States following the bifurcation.
