Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday addressed the TDP Mahanadu in Tirupati where he described the capital coming up at Amaravati as dream capital.

Stating that the capital would be the outstanding city among the cities in the world, Chandrababu said that Amaravati would be developed in a way that it would represent India as a whole. The Chief Minister also informed the plans to develop the capital as a greenfield city along with to construct a 220-kilometre ring road around Amaravati.

Chandrababu also announced that the transfer of offices of the AP government in Hyderabad to Amaravati would be done by June. Speaking on the false rumours on the construction of the capital, he said that the Opposition is indulging in severe criticism and was also blocking Express Way in the proposed capital further suggesting them to cooperate with the government instead of criticising.
