With the continuous defections taking place in the YSR Congress party, the member count is decreasing by the day. According to the ongoing reports, another YSRCP MLA is likely to switch loyalties and join the ruling Telugu Desam party.Â

YSRCP MLA M Ashok Reddy is set to join the defectors in TDP. As of now, Ashok Reddy represents the Giddaluru assembly constituency in Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. The ongoing reports suggest that the YSRCP MLA held discussions with the party followers recently regarding his move to the TDP party and is said to have got an approval from them.
Ashok Reddy is likely to join the ruling Telugu Desam Party June 1st at 5 PM in the presence of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Earlier, reports had surfaced regarding the switch but Ashok Reddy had denied the reports back then.
