Clarifying that the ones arrested have a history of crimes, Chinarajappa said that if Mudragada's involvement was to be found in the case, he also would be arrested.

While the deputy chief minister asserted that the state government would not yield to pressure from Mudragada Padmanabham, he also added that the case is already in the court's purview.

Meanwhile, Mudragada Padmanabham announced that he would launch indefinite fast on Thursday at his residence in Kirlampudi protesting the release of the people arrested in the Tuni case.
