Bonda Uma: Mudragada causing damage to the Kapus
TDP MLA Bonda Uma Maheshwar Rao on Thursday addressed the media on the issue of Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham\'s indefinite hunger strike demanding the release of those arrested in connection with the Ratnachal Express burning case in Tuni, along with the implementation of reservations to his community.

Stating that he is not able to understand as to why Mudragada had taken up the Deeksha, the TDP MLA said that the AP government is committed to fulfilling the promises made to the Kapu community and is in progress to meet the demands adding that the Kapu leaders can discuss the doubts they have with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
While Bonda Uma reprimanded the use of caste to sponsor oneself, he further stated that Mudragada was, in turn, causing a lot of damage to the Kapus with his actions. He even said that the ones who were arrested in the Tuni case would not be spared.
