Chandrababu cancels media meet midway following Mudragada's threat
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday canceled the media conference at Kadapa midway following the Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham\'s attempted arrest at his residence in Kirlampudi and the latter\'s threat to consume insecticide if he were to be arrested.

Chandrababu who was addressing the media on the measures being taken by the government for the welfare of the Kapus had to cancel the conference when he was made to aware of the situation in Kirlampudi. The Chief Minister had earlier stated that he has made arrangements to Mudragada to give up his indefinite hunger strike.
However, with the change of events, Chandrababu immediately left the venue and is likely to deal with the emergency at the administrative level.
