Kurnool: District Collector Vijay Mohan ordered the officers to get the request letter from the employees, who are willing to take up the transfers as per the government GO-102.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the HODs of the department concerned have to record the employees’ information, who are willing to go ahead with transfers.

“The officers have to take the signed request letter from the employees and officers have to follow the instructions as mentioned in the government GO- 102,” he said.

Taking the work experience of the employees into consideration, he asked officials to prepare a list of five and three years separately and take up the counselling process from June 15 to June 17. He ordered them to submit the finalised list of candidates list on June 20th by 5 pm.

He told them to strictly take up the implementation of biometric and e-office system from July 1st onwards without fail. The officers should ensure that plantation of tree saplings is taken up in all the educational institutions from June 17th.

He promised to extend a reward of Rs 5 lakh to those who would complete the construction of 1,000 latrines; Rs 4 lakh for the completion of 100 farm ponds and Rs 2 lakh to 100 soaking pits. He ordered the DPO to hold a meeting with village Sarpanchs and Panchayat Secretaries for the completion of the same.

The Collector promised to take up construction of compound walls for schools which lack them. Joint Collector Hari Kiran, JC-2 Ramaswamy, DRO Gangadhar, DPO Swaroopa Rani and all departmental staff were present on the occasion.
