AP Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao who debated about the sharing of Krishna waters between the Telugu states at the meeting called by Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati in Delhi has received appreciation from Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
