SBI Housing Loan CoordinatorCell inaugurated
Addressing the employees, Ajay Kumar said that the coordination cell is being launched for the first time in the region to extend better customer service. Earlier, home loan councillors used to bring loan applications for scrutiny and again they were sent to the sourcing branches and this used to be a time taking exercise resulting in delay.
Visakhapatnam: State Bank of India (SBI) DGM Ajay Kumar Pandit inaugurated Housing Loan Coordinator Cell at SBI near NAD Junction.
Addressing the employees, Ajay Kumar said that the coordination cell is being launched for the first time in the region to extend better customer service.
Earlier, home loan councillors used to bring loan applications for scrutiny and again they were sent to the sourcing branches and this used to be a time taking exercise resulting in delay.
Now, home loan councillors can directly approach the Coordinator Cell and get the loan applications processed quickly.
Ajay Kumar congratulated AGM D Raja Rama Mohan Rao for taking the initiative.Another cell was opened exclusively for personal loan, car loan and education loans, he said.
