Telugu Desam members of Parliament, Sujana Chowdary, C. Ramesh, and Kesineni Nani on Thursday blamed the Congress party leaders for the adjournment of the Rajya Sabha before the voting on the KVP Bill took place.

They stated the Congress leaders would have supported the ruling party for the suspension of AAP MP Mann Singh thus leading to a smooth passing of the KVP Ramachandra Rao Bill seeking Special Status for Andhra Pradesh.

Interacting with the media in Delhi, Rajya Sabha member Sujana Chowdhary said that the private bill discussion has been placed in the last session. He further alleged that Congress maintained silence for placing the Bill in 14th place in order and could have agreed for the discussion on AAP MP's controversial video posting on Facebook highlighting security lapse.

Nevertheless, the TDP members vowed to support the Bill if it comes up in future. The House was adjourned on Friday and the voting on the KVP Bill was stalled due to the red herring of Bhagwan Mann video.
