AP CM to review Pushkaralu from Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Council Hall
The VMC officials are making efforts to provide all facilities in the hall for the purpose. According to officials, the Chief Minister spends time at the Model Guest House during the day time to personally supervise facilities at bathing ghats and is expected to brief the media in the evening at the VMC office.
Vijayawada: Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Council Hall will be used by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to conduct review meetings with the officials during Krishna Pushkaralu.
Located close to the Prakasam Barrage and Durga temple, the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation office is convenient place to monitor the mega event and review the day-to-day developments.

The VMC is making arrangements to set up a media point on the VMC office premises. Some existing structures on the premises are being removed to facilitate parking lot.
This VMC council hall is being modernised for hosting meetings. That apart, the Model Guest House, from where the Chief Minister is expected to personally supervise Pushkaralu, and located near the Prakasam Barrage is being spruced up.
The Chief Minister can view the river, bathing ghats from the Model Guest House. The district administration has arranged CCTV cameras for the surveillance of ghats and roads leadings to the ghats.
Besides, he can personally get first-hand information with the help of surveillance system equipped with CCTV cameras and drones. The police department is also beefing up security in the vicinity of VMC office.
