Vijayawada: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday inaugurated the centralised kitchen set up by Akshaya Patra Foundation, an NGO, on the Gollapudi market yard premises.

The Akshaya Patra Foundation will prepare food and supply it to the pilgrims during the Krishna Pushkaralu. Modern machines will be used for cooking food to three lakh pilgrims per day.

Agriculture Minister Prathipathi Pulla Rao, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development P Narayana, Minister for Water Resources Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, Civil Supplies Minister Paritala Sunitha, District Collector Babu A, special officer for Krishna Pushkaralu B Rajasekhar and others were present on the occasion.
