No trace of youth washed away in canal

It may be mentioned here that Endowments Minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao directed police personnel to trace the body of the youth. Following which, police personnel led by CI Murthy swung into action. But they were unable to retrieve the youth’s body despite their hectic efforts.
Tadepalligudem: Marisetty Govinda Rao (28), who had reportedly been washed away in Godavari canal at Tadepalligudem on Wednesday evening, is yet to be traced, after a search operation, involving police and personnel of the Revenue and Fire departments on Thursday.
